In 2023, rooms, apartments, studio-type suites, and summer houses accounted for the largest share of tourist accommodation capacity in Croatia, making up 73.2% of the total. Hotels, however, attracted the majority of domestic tourists, with 50.9% of domestic arrivals choosing this type of accommodation. Foreign tourists predominantly opted for rooms, apartments, studio-type suites, and summer houses, which comprised 42.8% of their choices.
