Fórum Oceano, in collaboration with the Directorate-General for Maritime Policy (DGPM) and the EU Sea Basins Assistance Mechanism (Atlantic Strategy - WestMED Initiative), is organising an event on 16 December 2024, at the Hydrographic Institute in Lisbon and online. The event will focus on the crucial role of digital transformation and interregional cooperation in enhancing competitiveness and sustainability in the Atlantic and Mediterranean regions. It will gather leaders and experts in digitalisation, the sustainable blue economy, and strategic cooperation to discuss two main topics: digitalisation, cooperation, and the blue economy; and recent developments in maritime basins and initiatives for a sustainable blue economy. Registration is required to participate, but there is no fee.
