The SMARTA-NET Final Conference will be held in Brussels on October 23-24, 2024, bringing together key stakeholders to discuss the future of rural mobility in Europe. On the first day, SMARTA-NET project experts will present their findings, covering typology, guidance, training activities, and evaluation analysis. The second day will feature project experts and speakers from other organizations focusing on recommendations for Rural Mobility 2.0. Topics will include rural access challenges and solutions, rural aspects in Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans, rural accessibility, mobility in support of sustainable tourism, and the establishment of the European Rural Mobility Network (ERMN). Participants can attend the event in person or watch the livestream.
