The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) has launched the CEF Transport Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Facility call, open from 29 February 2024 with multiple cut-off dates until 17 December 2025. It supports the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure, including electric recharging stations and hydrogen refuelling stations, to decarbonise transport along the TEN-T network. With a budget of €1 billion, the initiative aims to enhance sustainable transport across road, maritime, inland waterway and air transport sectors.
