The ETGG Course on Sustainable Travel & Tourism Certification for SMEs is designed to provide owners, managers, and sustainability leaders with the knowledge needed to understand the importance of sustainable travel and tourism certification for their businesses. This course helps companies transition to greener practices through four comprehensive modules. These modules cover the necessity of sustainable tourism development and the basics of certification, the key features of certification systems, the benefits and challenges of sustainable tourism certification, and the current status of sustainability certificates in the EU. Additionally, the course offers guidance on obtaining a certificate for an SME. The modules are self-paced and available for free.
