The Commission invites stakeholders to participate in shaping the future of these VAT regulations through a public call for evidence. This feedback period, open from July 24 to October 16, 2025, allows the public to provide input via registered or social media authenticated accounts. Opinions collected will be openly published and are expected to adhere to community guidelines, reflecting the EU's commitment to transparency. By revisiting these rules, the EU aims to simplify taxation and boost the travel sector, fostering economic resilience.
