Interreg Europe, a European Union-funded programme aimed at promoting regional development and cooperation across Europe, has recently approved a list of projects following its third call for the programming period 2021-2027. Among the 206 proposed projects, Smart Tour was selected and will launch in May 2025. This initiative aims to develop and promote policies on 'Smart Tourism' and 'Smart Destinations' for the partners' tourist destinations, contributing to a Smarter Europe.
