The counties of Val-d'Oise and Oise are embarking on a transformative journey, in collaboration with Voies Navigables de France, to enhance the economic sectors of the Oise Valley through river tourism. Since 2020, they've crafted a master plan focusing on river cruises, leisure activities, and unique accommodations to redefine the region's appeal.

As part of this pledge, the "Oise River Side" initiative launched a visually captivating map, showcased at the 'Sloww!' trade show, and later digitized to guide tourists. With a budget of €15,000 for design and data collection, and additional investments for digitization in 2026, this initiative is crucial for reinforcing the Oise Valley’s status as a prime destination.
