We focus on adapting workers to new digital and green jobs and ways of working. This is done through transition training and supporting workers to adapt to the new demands of the work. We are doing this through the 'JT4Mobility' project which will run until September 2023 and focuses on the just transition of workers in all transport modes and will culminate with a conference on this issue in September 2023.
