The National Development Strategy of the Republic of Croatia until 2030, published by the Government of Croatia in February 2021, outlines the country’s long-term vision for sustainable and inclusive development. It responds to global challenges such as climate change, digital transformation, and geopolitical shifts, aiming to strengthen societal resilience and align national efforts with EU funding opportunities.

The strategy defines Croatia’s vision for 2030 as a competitive, innovative, and secure country with preserved resources and equal opportunities for all. It sets out strategic goals and four development directions shaped by the COVID-19 crisis, focusing on economic recovery, social cohesion, and alignment with the European Green Deal and Territorial Agenda 2030.
