A digital transformation project, coordinated by Destine Holidays SRL, aims to boost travel agency's competitiveness and modernise its operations. Funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan under Component 9, it focuses on enhancing customer experience through AI-driven personalisation, improving cybersecurity, and streamlining internal processes with a scalable IT platform. Running from April 2025 to August 2026, the project is expected to deliver more efficient services, stronger data protection, and tailored travel offerings (The original piece available only in Romanian).
