The Academia Digital, developed by Turismo de Portugal, is offering a free online course on responsible leadership in tourism, taking place from 27 May to 4 June 2025. This 8-hour programme, conducted in English, is led by the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Porto (EHTPorto) and developed under the PANTOUR project. It aims to equip supervisors and managers in the tourism and hospitality sectors with skills for a sustainable future, covering topics such as responsible tourism and its importance for tourism development, strategies for fostering well-being and managing stress in the workplace, and practical case studies highlighting responsible leadership in action, among others.

Participants who attend at least 90% of the sessions will receive a certificate of completion. To enrol, simply follow the registration link on the left side of the platform (The original piece available only in Portuguese).
