Turismo de Portugal's Academia Digital is offering a free training session on hospitality trends in Portugal from 11 December to 12 December 2024. This 6-hour course, hosted by the Portimão Hotel and Tourism School, is tailored for industry professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, managers, and anyone interested in learning about the latest trends, concepts, and practices in hospitality. Participants will gain insights into various topics, including changes in internal and external customer dynamics, product innovations, software versus hardware, brand marketing and storytelling, practical case studies, and more.
While registration is required, there is no fee to participate. Those who attend at least 90% of the course, actively engage, and complete the assigned activities will be eligible to receive a certificate (The original piece available only in Portuguese).
