Engineers, startups, researchers and developers work onsite alongside mentors from industry and research organisations over three days, with each host location also proposing a third, regionally-specific challenge. Winning teams receive a two-month mentoring programme covering product development, business strategy and market positioning, plus a dedicated innovation bootcamp and opportunities to pitch to investors. Since its launch, the initiative has brought together over 2,300 participants through 30 hackathons. Locations for this edition are Austria, Cyprus, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Portugal and Sweden, with registration open now.
