EFFRA published two reference documents: an overview of the 2025 competition, including the number of projects submitted and indicative funding by topic area, and an update on calls and deadlines for 2026 and 2027, explicitly flagged as a state of play rather than a final version. For manufacturers and research organisations planning proposals around the Made in Europe partnership, having this early indication of where upcoming Horizon Europe calls are heading - before the official work programmes are published - can be the difference between starting a consortium in good time and scrambling once a call is already open.
