The NCP4Industry+ network offers free feedback from experienced Horizon Europe experts on advanced proposal drafts, and the service covers selected RIA and IA topics in the Cluster 4 Industry calls that close on 2 February 2027. For applicants who are preparing a bid, it is a chance to have the draft read critically by people who know what evaluators look for, before the proposal is submitted.

Coordinators register and upload an advanced draft by 10 January 2027, and the National Contact Points select the proposals that will receive feedback, mainly on the basis of how complete the drafts are. Selected coordinators are informed by 14 January, and the online feedback meetings, which last up to two hours each, take place from 18 to 21 January 2027. That is only a few days before the deadline, so the draft has to be in good shape already when it is submitted, and applicants cannot count on using the meeting to build the proposal from scratch. A small number of proposals may also receive feedback from external experts, and the network especially encourages newcomer coordinators, proposals from widening countries and women-led proposals to apply. For machinery and automation companies that are preparing a bid for the 2027 manufacturing and materials topics, the check is a free way to test the draft against evaluators’ expectations, and to find weak points while there is still time to correct them.
