Unlike a standalone research call, the Partnership is designed to knit together work the EU has already funded separately across XR, digital twins, AI, blockchain and common data spaces, on the view that these pieces need to work together rather than progress as isolated projects. Two new Digital Europe Programme test beds, one specifically for industrial uses, are the first concrete outputs stakeholders can expect to engage with directly, rather than only reading about the Partnership's aims on paper.
