Filipa Farelo represents CASES - Cooperative António Sérgio for Social Economy whose mission is to strengthen social economy and pursuit policies on the volunteering area.  She has worked at CASES since 2010 being involved in various activities and projects, including studies, the António Sérgio Prize and activities related to the cooperative sector. She also participates in working groups and international organisations, including GECES, Social Economy Europe and Cooperatives Europe. She also coordinates the Cooperative and Statistics Sector team and Casa António Sérgio (information and documentation center). 

 

Tânia Gaspar represents ANIMAR – Portuguese Association for Local Development member of CASES whose mission is to enhance, promote and strengthen local development, active citizenship, equality and social cohesion in Portuguese society, as pillars of a more just, equitable, supportive and sustainable society. She coordinates the services of Social Economy and Institutional Relations Service (ESRI) and Information, Communication and Image Service (ICI). 

  

They are interested in all the thematic areas, including Working Conditions & Governance and Skills. As ambassadors they commit to disseminate the platform through their members and networks and encourage them to take part on this appealing adventure by sharing their projects, activities and events.  

 

We see this role of Ambassador as a great opportunity to develop networking and disseminate the work of social economy organisations, and as privileged way of cooperating and learning from other networks and entities that work in this field.
