Anne Rosken is a professor and consultant in business administration with a focus on human resources management, artificial intelligence, health and leadership. As Ambassador of the EU Platform for PSE, she believes that she will be able to contribute to the digital transformation and make her expertise available to EU Member States.  Data sharing and management, promoting digital skills, supporting digital social innovation (DSI) and technology for good entrepreneurship, research and innovation and access to technology are her main focus areas.

From Anne's point of view, data management requires a high level of technical knowledge and skills as well as strong governance. In this sense, it is necessary to shape digital change in a participatory manner, taking into account in particular civil rights, the right to privacy and other fundamental rights as well as discriminatory algorithm f.e. for vulnerable groups. Citizens and workers need to be digitally empowered and trained. Participants should participate in the co-creation process of the transition path, followed by knowledge sharing and dismantling fears, prejudices and myths.

"My aim is to achieve a better understanding about artificial intelligence and its importance, opportunities, challenges and risks in education, business, health and society. I therefore want to build bridges between people and artificial intelligence possibilities to support people in terms of their needs.”

Anne Rosken

"Digital social innovations can improve the well-being of society, socially disadvantaged groups if they are used responsibly.  My aim is to achieve a better understanding about artificial intelligence and its importance, opportunities, challenges and risks in education, business, health and society. In addition, I would like to contribute to the development of more relevant skills in education, workforce, health and society that ensure sustainable and responsible use of these technologies. In my expert role, I can make a significant contribution to the development of a sustainable system on various levels. Technologies should support people. They will not replace them because humans have unique abilities that a machine cannot have. These include, for example, emotions, compassion and attitudes that are based on individual biographical experiences. In my opinion, this worldview needs to be strengthened in order to dispel prejudices, myths, etc."
