The project is co-funded by EU in 2022 and discovers case study about pension U Sebastiana, located in Hodousice, Sumava, Czech Republic, is a family-run agrotourist farm that blends agricultural production with tourism. Established in 1992 and expanding into agrotourism in 1996, it specializes in growing cereals and horse breeding. The farm offers a variety of activities, such as horse riding, tractor rides, and farm animal interactions, and accommodates up to 27 guests in four family-friendly apartments. Promoting local products and providing amenities for children, the business contributes 25% to the family income, showcasing a successful integration of farming and hospitality that enhances economic stability and supports sustainable tourism practices.
