On April 25, 2025, PANTOUR highlighted best practices to create inclusive workplaces for employees with disabilities. This guide focuses on promoting equal opportunities through inclusive hiring practices, fostering an inclusive culture, and providing tailored training programmes. It highlights successful examples, such as the CRPD's efforts to raise awareness of disability-inclusive employment across 185 countries.
