The Travel Foundation, an international organisation dedicated to promoting sustainable tourism, released a case study of its partnership with the Dutch Travel Association, which began in 2016, to assist the association's members in enhancing tour quality and impact. This effort led to the creation of 'Leading the Way,' an online training course completed by over 500 tour guides and managers across 17 countries, with 96% pledging to implement changes to minimise environmental impact.
