By working in teams and acquiring professional skills, participants regain dignity, purpose, and the opportunity to contribute actively to society. Cerro Torre also publishes an annual Social Report to ensure transparency and demonstrate progress toward its mission. Recognizing the importance of innovation, the cooperative has heavily invested in upgrading its vehicle fleet and maintaining high technical standards for service efficiency.
Cerro Torre values collaboration, individual potential, and inclusive growth. It provides customized career paths to foster personal and professional development, emphasizing empowerment rather than limitations.
The cooperative ensures continuous service improvement through an Integrated Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System. Its policies focus on:
- Enhancing service quality and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations
- Preventing workplace accidents and environmental pollution
