The archaeological complex of Aquae Calidae, located in Burgas, Bulgaria, underwent significant development between January 2019 and October 2022 under the guidance of Burgas Municipality. Using digital technologies, the project revitalized the ancient baths and introduced a new spa center with healing water. Visitors can explore the fully renovated bathroom of Suleiman the Magnificent, experiencing its historical authenticity through 3D mapping and multimedia exhibits. Notably, over 45,200 people have visited the site since its opening, attracting new audiences and earning recognition in the ECTN Awards for innovation and digitalization in sustainable cultural tourism.
