Hotel Fuchsbräu in Beilngries and Hotel Post in Berching, both four-star hotels in Germany, are now officially certified through the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS). According to the hotel owners, Christian and Denise, the sustainability certification process took approximately six months, cost around EUR 5,000 for both hotels, and involved data collection and report preparation.
