The SmartCulTour Game, crafted by the Research & Development Lab 'Cradle' at Breda University of Applied Sciences in 2021, serves as a pivotal tool within SmartCulTour Living Labs. This innovative game merges policy-making with interactive gameplay, drawing on cultural tourism sustainability. Developed through Horizon 2020 funding, the project aims to empower a spectrum of professionals—from policy makers to cultural entrepreneurs—with a playful yet strategic approach to shaping the future of cultural tourism. Its hybrid role-playing format, incorporating digital and physical elements, facilitates collaboration and evaluation, fostering sustainable interventions in diverse cultural contexts.
