The platform integrates information drawn from more than 70 pieces of EU legislation into a single digital system, reducing duplication in how chemical data is collected and assessed. A study-notification obligation under the regulation becomes applicable from 2 November 2027. For the chemicals ecosystem, the platform promises a more coherent, less duplicative regulatory data landscape over time.
