In the first half of 2025, household gas prices in the EU fell to EUR 11.43 per 100 kWh from EUR 12.44 in the second half of 2024, dropping by 8.1%. This signals a return to the seasonal fluctuations of gas prices, characteristic of the period before the 2022 energy crisis.
