Developed by Eurostat, the dashboard consolidates statistics on areas such as housing cost burden, overcrowding, dwelling quality and price developments, with interactive visualisations that allow comparisons between countries and show trends over time. For the construction ecosystem, it provides a reliable evidence base to inform investment decisions, identify emerging needs and support proposals tied to housing affordability and the green renovation agenda. The tool complements other EU instruments addressing housing pressure, including recent measures on short-term rentals and the broader work on the affordable housing plan. Access the dashboard on the Eurostat website.
