The event, taking place on 10 September 2026 during World Green Building Week, will focus on Whitehaven, a completed Passivhaus-certified housing development delivered by Tuath Housing. Discussions will cover project delivery, Passivhaus design, Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP) modelling, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and approaches used to achieve energy-efficient residential buildings.

The session will also examine post-occupancy evaluation findings, operational performance data and resident feedback from the development. Speakers from Tuath Housing, Cairn and MosArt will present experiences from the planning, construction and operation of the project, with the aim of identifying lessons that may inform future housing developments and building performance strategies.
