-Scaling Financial Innovation: Promoting innovative mechanisms such as blended finance, ESCO models, and one-stop-shop solutions to de-risk and accelerate sustainable construction investments.

-Advancing Knowledge Sharing and Capacity Building: Organizing workshops, webinars, and working groups to foster best practices and policy recommendations, aligning with the EU’s 2030 and 2050 climate targets.

-Driving Impact Measurement: Advocating for consistent and transparent protocols to measure the financial and environmental impact of sustainable energy investments in the construction sector."
