Proactively addressing the shortage of skilled labor force within the construction ecosystem and developing new high quality job profiles in innovative green solutions and digital tools is central in achieving this goal. Croatian reforms will develop a framework for ensuring adequate skills in the context of green jobs necessary for post-earthquake reconstruction through improvement of existing and development of new education and training programmes (estimated cost EUR 5.3m).
