The Pact for Skills in Construction, launched by FIEC and EFBWW, in partnership with EBC, has been updated in March 2024. In our Pact for Skills, we commit to support the sector with the aim of having 30% workers participating in upskilling or reskilling actions annually by 2030. This is estimated to mean around 3.8 million people participating in upskilling and reskilling across the ecosystem each year by 2030.

To implement this Pact for Skills, FIEC, together with EFBWW, EBC and other signatories to the Pact, have submitted an application for a Blueprint follow-up project funded by the European Commission under Erasmus + calls. This project, if accepted, will run from 2025 to 2029.
