While the roadmap is an official document of the Government, we are an active member of the Governmental Committee implementing the roadmap and are actively involved in a series of activities such as: introduction of BIM occupations in the national occupations framework and generating occupational standards for these, as well as training programs, which will also be delivered within a series of regional projects; contributing to defining the scope of pilot projects, as well as to the identification and potentially to the implementation of one or two pilot projects; generating documentation and training programs for public servants involved in public investments in order to help introducing BIM requirements and improve requirements related to energy efficiency, sustainability and circular economy in public tenders, as well as better integrating innovative technologies; organising an information campaign through local events, dedicated to local authorities for better understanding of European and national policies related to the green and digital transition. Our organization runs a series of working groups which are comprised of experts from the private sector, as well as academic environment, who work to generate various types of documents, guides, case studies, training programs, focusing mostly on the digital transition, but including energy efficiency and sustainability in the conception of such tools, with the help of member organisations which are mainly concern with the green transition. At the same time, our organisation was part of consortium that created a Roadmap for Qualifications in the Construction Sector, aiming at adjusting both the general framework and also specific qualification schemes in order to include green and digital skills. The roadmap is now in the process of being approved in the government through a memorandum.
