In 2023, Germany emerged as the top international destination for Greek citizens’ overnight stays, capturing 17.7% of the total. Cyprus (13.6%) and Italy (12.8%) followed closely. This trend mirrors pre-pandemic preferences, where Germany also led with 17.7% of overnight stays, with Cyprus and Italy maintaining their popularity. These patterns highlight a concentration of Greek residents’ travel preferences.
