The Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia released monthly turnover indices for the catering sector in 2024, showing notable fluctuations throughout the year. In current prices, turnover dropped in January (89.6) but peaked in December (116.9), while constant prices followed a similar trend, rising from 88.4 in January to 115.5 in December. These figures reflect seasonal dynamics and the sector’s gradual recovery and adaptation.
