In 2023, approximately 2.6 million tourists opted for Croatian travel agencies to organize their trips within Croatia. Compared to 2019, this represented a decrease of 19.6%, but an increase of 3.3% from the 2022 level. For domestic tourists, hotels were the primary type of accommodation arranged by travel agencies (constituting 73.2% of all accommodations). Meanwhile, for foreign tourists, travel agencies primarily organized rooms, apartments, studio-type suites, and summer houses, accounting for 50.5% of the total accommodations.
