These visitors accounted for more than 17.7 million overnight stays, averaging 5.3 nights per stay. The Canary Islands emerged as the favored location for apartment rentals during this time, attracting 33.5% of tourists, followed by Andalusia with 25.0%. Peak demand among tourists for apartment rentals typically occurs in July and August, while November has consistently been the least favored month over the last decade.
