EUROPARC’s webinar outlined a six-step process for small businesses and destination managers to develop and promote sustainable off-season offerings. The presentation, delivered by Dr. Xavier Font, a professor of Sustainability Marketing at the University of Surrey, emphasized the need for creativity. The ultimate aim is to generate income throughout the year, maintain a talented workforce, and ensure a steady, top-notch service by making the low season as attractive as the high season. The webinar took place on October 25, 2022, and a summary was made freely available to all interested parties.
