The Passport to Inclusion webinar, hosted by the World Travel & Tourism Council on 11 July 2024, focused on advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) in the travel and tourism industry. Industry experts shared strategies for creating inclusive workplaces and traveller experiences, emphasising the importance of commitment, deliberate actions and inclusive marketing. The panel highlighted the need for education, collaboration and consistent measurement to foster a sense of belonging.
