City Destinations Alliance (CityDNA) and Destinations International have joined forces to transform the travel industry's accessibility landscape. Their partnership has led to a report, published in October 2024, that delves into global efforts to make destinations more inclusive. This research highlights the challenges and opportunities in creating inclusive destinations, assesses current destination accessibility, and identifies gaps and innovative practices. The goal? To inspire organisations to make travel accessible for everyone, regardless of age, background, or ability.
