The Urban Future 2025 (UF25) conference is an annual event organised by Urban Future, bringing together city leaders, urban planners, innovators, and sustainability experts to address the pressing challenges of urban development and transformation. Held annually in different European cities, UF25 provides a platform for exploring sustainable urban practices and fostering global collaboration. The 2025 edition will take place in Łódź, Poland, known for its industrial history and progressive urban regeneration.

Over the course of three days, the conference will feature interactive sessions, workshops, and field trips. The program includes:

  • 21-22 May 2025 (Day 1 & 2): Engaging discussions and workshops covering urban regeneration, sustainable business practices, retrofitting buildings, and driving systemic change.
  • 23 May 2025 (Day 3): Field trips across Łódź and nearby areas, offering participants firsthand insights into successful urban transformation projects and local best practices.

The Urban Future 2025 agenda will focus on critical topics in urban mobility, the circular economy, building resilient communities, and more. Renowned experts from global cities, businesses, and academia will share their insights on the latest trends and policies driving urban transformation.
