The BTO (Be Travel Onlife) conference, organised by Toscana Promozione Turistica, the Florence Chamber of Commerce, PromoFirenze – Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence, and Fondazione Sistema Toscana, will be held on 27-28 November in Florence, Italy. This event will focus on the future of tourism in the digital age, exploring how technology and innovation are transforming travel experiences. Topics will include artificial intelligence, email marketing, and the role of robots in hospitality.

Participants, ranging from complex chain operators and hotel managers to destination managers and restaurant owners, will have the chance to engage with industry leaders, share insights, and network with peers across four thematic routes: hospitality, destination, food and wine, and digital strategy and innovation. Tickets for the event are available from EUR 49 to EUR 149, depending on criteria and days of attendance. Additionally, the event will feature the Italy Ambassador Awards, recognising influencers and content creators who promote Italy globally.
