Europeana 2025 – Preserve, Protect, Reuse will take place on 11–12 June 2025 in Warsaw, under the patronage of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU. Organised by Europeana, the conference will explore the future of digital cultural heritage and its role in addressing societal challenges. The event will feature keynote speeches, policy forums, and over 60 workshops and panels on topics such as AI, reuse, tourism, and cybersecurity. A dedicated session will focus on funding opportunities across the digital heritage ecosystem, offering practical insights into EU grants and how to strengthen applications. The conference also places strong emphasis on networking, with onsite activities including a project fair, cultural events, and social gatherings designed to foster collaboration. The registration is possible via the link provided on the website, free of charge for online participation, and for a fee starting from EUR 150 for on-site attendance.
