The Directorate-General for EU Regional and Urban Policy has launched the 2025 edition of the REGIOSTARS award. EU-funded projects that have been fully implemented and successfully completed, showcasing their impact and inclusivity in regional development, are invited to apply. Participants will compete in five categories: Competitive and Smart Europe, Green Europe, Connected Europe, Social and Inclusive Europe, and Europe Closer to Citizens. The winners will be announced during the European Week of Regions and Cities in October 2025. Interested projects can submit their applications through the provided link on the website by 20 May 2025.
