The Rural Pact Support Office is organising the second Rural Pact Conference from 8 to 9 April 2025, in Pecq, Belgium. This conference is primarily aimed at formal members of the Rural Pact Community, including civil society organisations, policymakers, public authorities, LEADER Local Action Groups (LAGs), academics, researchers, businesses, and citizens. The event aims to enhance networking, facilitate exchanges, and gather ideas to shape future policies for rural areas.
Over the two-day event, discussions will focus on integrating EU policies on rural development at both EU and Member State levels, networking sessions on the Rural Pact Community's commitment to action, and formulating actions and recommendations to strengthen rural society, economy, and way of life. With participation limited to 250 attendees, register by February 7, 2025, with no participation fees required.
