The European Commission will host the 2025 edition of the Urban Mobility Days (UMD) conference from 30 September to 2 October 2025 in Vilnius, Lithuania. This year’s event will focus on key topics related to European urban mobility policy.

The conference will bring together a diverse group of participants—including policymakers, local authorities, researchers, NGOs, and industry experts—to explore how urban mobility can drive competitiveness, innovation, sustainability, and inclusion.

Each day will focus on a specific theme—urban nodes, cycling, and public transport—complemented by cross-cutting sessions on innovation and tourism. Tourism-related discussions will cover topics such as:

  • Cycling and tourism
  • European data spaces for mobility and tourism
  • Sustainable mobility initiatives in the tourism sector
  • Integration of tourism with urban public transport
  • City access for tourism coaches
