The SUSRUR project (Scaling up the twin tourism transition by adaptation and replication of cross-domain solutions) has launched its call for proposals to promote the green and digital transition in the tourism sector. This initiative invites SMEs from eight eligible countries (the Netherlands, Spain (Catalonia), Germany, Slovenia, Portugal, Montenegro, Latvia, and Malta) to submit innovative tourism project proposals. The aim is to support sustainable and creative solutions across various business areas, including water, energy, and transport, by providing direct financial assistance. The selected projects will not only receive funding but also the opportunity to participate in a Cross-domain Open Innovation Programme, fostering a more sustainable tourism industry. Applications are open until 22 January 2025. For more details, please click the attached link.
