The Interreg VI A Mecklenburg-Vorpommern / Brandenburg / Poland programme has launched its sixth call for proposals to support cross-border projects focused on climate resilience, nature conservation, and cultural cooperation along the German–Polish border, offering up to 80% ERDF co-financing.

The Interreg VI A Mecklenburg-Vorpommern / Brandenburg / Poland 2021–2027 cooperation programme has launched its 6th call for project proposals under:
- Priority 2: Managing the consequences of climate change together and preserving nature
- Priority 3: Enabling better cross-border participation through language, culture and tourism
This call aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation by supporting joint strategies for climate resilience, biodiversity protection and educational initiatives across the German-Polish border region.
Eligible applicants include public authorities, research institutions, NGOs, educational providers, chambers of commerce, trade unions and business-related organisations located within the programme area.
Approved projects may receive up to 80% ERDF co-financing, with a total available budget of approximately EUR 23.96 million.
The deadline for submitting applications is 31 March 2026 (The original piece available only in German).
