The Diputació de València (Valencia’s Provincial Council) has opened the 2025 call for applications under its “Impulsem Turisme” (Boost Tourism) programme. This initiative is designed to support tourism development in municipalities and smaller local entities within the province of Valencia that do not hold official tourism municipality status.

The programme aims to foster the creation and enhancement of tourism offerings—particularly in the areas of gastronomy, culture, and active tourism—by funding promotional and revitalisation projects outlined in local tourism development plans. Its goal is to increase the visibility and appeal of lesser-known areas through marketing campaigns, events, and sustainable tourism initiatives.

Eligible municipalities and local entities can apply for a share of the EUR 770,000 funding pool. The deadline for submissions is 16 May 2025.
